Study Organization
Bachelor's study is three or four years, finished by the state exam, including a bachelor's thesis defense. Graduates receive a Bachelor's degree (Bc.).
Master's study is a two-year, following the bachelor's degree, finishing in a final state exam, which includes the defense of the thesis. Graduates receive the title of Engineer (Ing.). The first two years of full-time studies take place in Brno (except the field of Viticulture and Oenology - only 1st year), next years in Lednice.
Three-year part-time study of bachelor degree is offered at the field of Horticulture. It allows continuing in the following level of full time or part-time master studies. The organization of this form of study is based on block colloquium consultations, intensive practical exercises and self-study. Parts of the studies are the defense of thesis and state bachelor examination. Graduates receive a Bachelor's degree (Bc). Teaching takes place in Lednice.
